Chapter 13

Many people are employed, but find their paychecks are insufficient to meet their financial obligations.  But, individuals with regular income may not qualify for Chapter 7 - the traditional “fresh start” bankruptcy.  Chapter 13 can provide an opportunity to restructure financial obligations and eliminate debt.
